We may from time to time send you an email to provide up to date information but we will NEVER request credit/debit card information via an email. If you receive any such request please contact us immediately as this may be a phishing attack and we can make efforts to track the miscreants. In addition we may use technology to track the behaviour of visitors to our web site.

Our products are mainly for children, however only the legal owner of a valid credit or debit card can make a purchase. At Flossy and Pickles Limited we are very conscious of the responsibility for the protection of children and will monitor this web site and if necessary request additional information from users and customers.

Our Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to process a cancellation. However should you no longer require your order once it has been submitted, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund. Books and other purchases must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does no affect them in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.

Charity Gifts

Where stated Flossy and Pickles Limited will make a donation to the Riding for the Disabled Association.  The value of the donation will be calculated on a three monthly cycle and paid by company cheque to the Association.
